Hotel Luna Convento - Amalfi

The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, local options that we loved.

Hotel is gorgeous, and clean, there's amazing pool and the location is AWESOME right on the ocean. It has immaculate quiet rooms, that come with balcony and nice sized bed plus stunning views.

Fine overall experience. Very well decorated rooms and hypo-allergenic pillows. Good customer care, parking nearby. The easy check-in process too.

Really everything about Luna appeals but the family service and the location along with the history and charm of the building appeals most

Superb location with stunning sea views from our room. Very good breakfast buffet. Helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities including a great cloistered open air sitting area in the middle of the hotel.

Limited choice of dinner menu options though food was pretty good. We stayed out of seaon so it may well be that in the high season they offer a greater choice. Good pool though the general area around it would benefit from a general update.

Had a fantastic loft-style room with a private balcony overlooking the water. Super clean and spacious for two. Loved that it was so close to both Amalfi and Atrani. Lots of light, amazing views. Really comfy bed too! Only downside was a bit of noise from outside, but honestly, it didn't bother us too much.

Absolutely stunning location across the road from the sea. Hotel staff were very helpful & accommodating.

Could improve at communicating by email but once on site at the hotel couldn't be more helpful, could not fault them on their service.

The balcony was lovely, but the sea view room was quite small.

A perfect match for exploring the town in Amalfi with a good price-quality ratio. Breakfast on the balcony was good, with beautiful views. Be sure to enjoy the peaceful courtyard in the evenings.

I believe that every room looked over Amalfi- which frankly is stunning. The weather was extremely hot but the hotel remained cool and at times a welcome option-especially the inner garden. All the staff were fantastic and almost all with good English.Finally the pool is probably the best location in Amalfi, chiselled out of the cliffs offering the opportunity to hurl yourself into the crystal clear Med!
